The new communications platform is equipped with 125 all paperless IP telephones and includes applications such as Unified Messaging with desktop features allowing voicemails to be easily retrieved and managed; call accounting to track call usage; and demand call recording for quality assurance. Along with significant cost savings, the new system will provide Duplin DSS with a reliable and scalable IP system that is easy to manage in order to help the agency better serve its constituents.
