This devise will allow users to retrieve high quality digital audio signal from any HDMI source. The AT-HD570 is capable of accepting an HDMI input signal and de-embeds the audio signal to either Optical or Multi-Channel stereo audio outputs. This audio decoder supports uncompressed analog LPCM 7.1 and new lossless compressed digital Bit stream (Dolby TrueHD, Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD Master Audio) as well as high definition video signal up to 1080p.
Atlona's AT-HD570 is the perfect product for applications ranging from Home Theater installations with surround sound capabilities to digital signage applications in which audio from an HD Display will be routed to a multi channel audio set-up.
Atlona's AT-HD570 will be released at the end of May with an MSRP of $219.00 and is currently available for pre-order.
