Last week it was reported that sixteen-month-old Ozzy Buisson of Queensland, Australia sustained second degree burns after playing outside all day. In a statement made by the daycare center looking after Ozzy that day they admitted to having applied sunscreen to the toddler only twice. The child was rushed to the hospital by his mom after the toddler developed large blisters throughout his arms.
