Mrs. Sangster seized the opportunity to use her personal challenges, as a way to maximize her joy and change the way she interpreted and thought about her life situations. She wrote the 100 page book/workbook as a short read to inspire others that may be facing challenges in life, and give them another avenue to move beyond the challenge, and seize the opportunity to change, from within.

She includes several poems she has written, along with tips on finding balance, and being the best person you can become.
