The extensive refurbishment of the building infrastructure, as well as new IT, security systems and furniture as well as upgrades to lighting and ventilation systems was carried out in conjunction with constant liaison with existing office clients.

We recently expanded our City of London centre at Devonshire Square, by an additional 15,000 sq ft, and have just exchanged contracts on a further City centre, at One Fetter lane. This brings the number of Avanta business centres in central London to 14 and increases our overall UK portfolio to 19 locations."
