/24-7PressRelease/ -- In what is believed to have been an industry first, one of London's leading serviced office provider, Avanta, has hosted a client focus group at the glamorous Vanilla bar and restaurant in London's West End, where Cheryl Cole's recent surprise birthday party was hosted.
Clients from many of Avanta's 13 London business centres attended a drinks reception at Vanilla before moving next door to Avanta's Media Village in Great Titchfield Street, where
a team from Avanta, including operations director David Kinnaird, gave a presentation which highlighted various new products and services which Avanta is planning to introduce.
"This is the first time that we've gone through the process of showing potential new products to clients before we've actually introduced them. This allowed us to gauge their reactions and capture valuable feedback on the new products and services that they would benefit the most from.
"Client feedback is incredibly important to us, and Focus Groups form a new and important component of our "Client Voice" strategy alongside our existing Customer Satisfaction Surveys and regular Client Reviews"
