/24-7PressRelease/ - January 22, 2008 - The company has launched the Avanta Concierge Service, a unique new offer for clients across all Avanta' s business centres which enables them to be a phone-call away from a dedicated helpdesk who are available round-the-clock to meet clients' everyday needs.
The aim of the Concierge Service is to cut down the time taken by clients to carry out time consuming, mundane, but essential duties such as organising travel arrangements, making a hotel booking or table reservation at a restaurant or even booking the office Christmas party.
All office workers in Avanta business centres are able to access the Concierge Service direct from the desk, simply by telephoning a hotline from their Cisco handsets.
