Avanta launches first Thames Valley business centre
Serviced office company Avanta celebrate the opening of their first business centre outside London, rolling out the red carpet at Dukesbridge House, Reading

The latest addition to the Avanta portfolio, Dukesbridge House in Reading, is now open for business, offering high quality serviced office space and incorporating 250 work stations available to potential occupiers.

At a lunch reception attended by leading commercial agents from across the Thames Valley, guests took the opportunity to view the new business centre for the first time. Dukesbridge House is a three storey building offering 22,000 sq ft of high quality serviced office space in a prime location, overlooking the River Kennet and adjacent to the Oracle, in the city centre of Reading.

Guests also had the opportunity to take part in a prize draw, with the winner scooping a weekend away at a luxurious destination on the continent.

Avanta's managing director, David Alberto, said; "This is another stepping stone in the company's growth. We have enjoyed rapid and consistent expansion in the last two years and this year we expect to announce the opening of more Avanta serviced offices across London, the South East and across the UK. I am sure this new business centre in Reading will be a tremendous success."

Avanta currently operates seven business centres in prime locations across London, offering highly flexible, unbranded office space, with advanced and competitively priced business technology, tailor made to meet the requirements of the company, whatever shape or size. The company have also recently announced plans to open news centres in Birmingham, and in the City and West End of London.
