/24-7PressRelease/ - April 19, 2007 - Stuart Biggerstaff, a sales manager for serviced office company Avanta, is running the Flora London Marathon is aiming to raise over 5,000 in sponsorship for the charity Macmillan Cancer Support.
The 32 year old from Leighton Buzzard is taking part in the London Marathon for the first time, and hopes to complete the 26.2 mile course in an impressive three and a half hours. His fund raising efforts got off to a flying start with a donation from
Avanta of 2,000.
Stuart said: "My training has gone well and I am now looking forward to the big day. I am very grateful for the generous donation from Avanta, which has been a huge boost to my fund raising efforts."
