/Cambridge Who's Who/ -- B. David Sylvia, Assistant Professor of Erie Community College, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for demonstrating dedication, leadership and excellence in education.
As an assistant professor for Erie Community College, B. David Sylvia is responsible for teaching medical terminology and pharmacology, serving in the advisory committee, and teaching classes for medical lab technicians and medical office assistants. He attributes his success to his people management skills.
Mr. Sylvia is pursuing his Master's Degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development from the State University of New York at Buffalo. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and his Associate Degree in Healthcare Administration from Bryant & Stratton College. He is certified by the American Association of Medical Assistants, and was made a certified notary public by Erie County. Mr. Sylvia hopes to teach at the college on a full-time basis as a professor, and would like to complete his Master's Degree in Adult Education and Human Resource Development.
