DALLAS, TX, May 06, 2017 /24-7PressRelease/
-- This weekend the Baker Brothers Plumbing team will be in Canton, Texas to support their plumber Chuck Harger during the aftermath of the tornados on April 29th, 2017. They will spend the day cleaning up the area. When Baker Brothers say that they are committed to taking care of their own through thick and thin, they go above and beyond to support and assist their Baker Brothers family when tragedy strikes.
Chuck Harger's home was destroyed beyond recognition on April 29th, 2017. Harger, his two daughters, and his granddaughter were at the home when the tornado struck. To seek shelter, they huddled together in the bathtub just in time. Harger believes that a part of the shower wall that broke off on top of them acted as a shield and saved their lives. Not only did Harger lose his home, but he is struggling with head, shoulder, and likely injuries to his kidneys and his daughter suffered a broken collarbone.
The location of Harger's home is at 2009 VZ Country Road 1006, Canton, Texas, 751033. The clean-up will take place on Saturday, May 6th, at 10:00 AM. All Baker Brothers employees assisting in the clean-up should bring gloves, chainsaws, plenty of water, and sunscreen. Because the area is only allowing Baker Brothers employees into the site, Baker Brothers recommends the North Texas area band together and offer assistance where additional volunteers are needed in the area.
