The reason is simply to collect history in the form of photographs, directly from the local residents of Baldwin County Alabama.

They may upload photo's, documents and essays about their families part in local history. The organization encourages them to upload old photographs then give an account about the photo. Where who and when it was taken. They are also promoted to give their own viewpoint and tell stories about family ancestors. We are doing this in an effort to save this history from being lost forever. Our organization provides this service to everyone for free. Our hope is that we will be able to assimilate this history into our Museum and Archive so that future generations may enjoy it.

The Baldwin Express Inc invites you to join our group absolutely free. The online Museum and Archive is made possible by the donations of its members and users. We have additional programs planned. For more information or to join the organization go to http://www.baldwinexpress.org.
