    BOULDER, CO, February 6, 2012 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Barbee James, Designer and Owner of Details Design Studio and Jezi Jeans, has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in interior design.

Ms. James has served as the owner of Details Design Studio for 24 years. She oversees four employees, marketing and sales, and the day-to-day operations of the studio, which runs completely on solar energy. Being a green advocate, she often reuses existing home products in her designs. Her company offers a full range of services, from construction, house remodeling, space planning, and kitchen and bath design, to the selection of flooring, window coverings, paint, furniture, fabrics, and lighting.

In addition to specializing in environmentally friendly design, Ms. James is an animal lover. She is also the designer and owner of Jezi Jeans, which offers denim products for people and pets. All of the cotton used is grown in the United States, and the products are sewn in the U.S. as well.

Ms. James received a Bachelor of Science in sociology from California State University, East Bay. She also holds an Associate of Arts in interior design from Santa Barbara City College. She is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers of the Denver Design District. Ms. James has been honored with numerous awards, including a Historic Preservation Award and Environmental Achievement Award from the City of Boulder and a Best of Show Award from Tour of Homes.
