According to owner Marc Ghoukassian, locals may make their selections off of the dinner or small plates menus and even order bottles of wine at 25% off everyday starting at 5 p.m. There is a $40 minimum order and $7 flat fee for delivery.
Executive Chef Paul Gstrein, whose European education and training laid the groundwork for a celebrated career here in America, will be at the helm of the Room Service program. He has been with Bayside since the restaurant opened in 1999. Among the honors he has received are Chef of the Year by the Orange County Business Journal as well as "top chef" nods by the Los Angeles Times, OC Register, Orange Coast Mag, Coast, Riviera, OC Weekly, Where, OC Metro and others.
