This 6-hour session will allow BCRPA fitness members to develop an understanding of the mechanics involved in running, how to assess the runner, training and recovery techniques and dynamic warm-up exercises. In addition exercise rehabilitation of common running injuries like IT band syndrome, hip flexor tightness, plantar fasciitis and shin splints will be covered. This course is designed for fitness & rehabilitation professionals that would like learn how to train their clients to run injury-free.
