Bel-Air Cases Announces Custom Foam Cutouts for their Plastic Carrying Cases
Bel-Air Cases is now using custom foam cutouts to provide better protection for expensive equipment while also allowing for more items to be stored in each carrying case.

ONTARIO, CA, January 19, 2012 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Bel-Air Cases has recently introduced made-to-order cutout foam inserts to their extensive line of carrying cases, shipping cases, and expo transport cases.

While most case manufacturers use standard flat foam inserts, these cases can only accommodate a limited number of products and are far less than ideal for protecting expensive equipment such as cameras, optics, displays, and high-end electronics.

Other case manufacturers resort to 'cubed' foam inserts that allow end users to shape the foam themselves. Unfortunately this can result in poorly protected equipment as the foam cubes tend to disintegrate with regular use resulting in a worthless case.

Bel-Air Cases now custom-shapes each foam insert specifically for the products that will be stored in the carrying case. This allows for optimal protection of expensive equipment. This also allows the user to store multiple products in the same case safely, as cutouts can be optimally layed out to hold maximum equipment in minimal space.

"Some of the equipment that our customer's transport would cost thousands or even tens of thousands of dollars to replace" Said Erik Calcott, Division Head for Bel-Air Cases. "It just makes good business sense to protect your valuable equipment in a custom case with a custom-formed foam insert."

"Most manufacturers don't have the flexibility to handle smaller orders" continued Mr. Calcott, "However Bel-Air Cases has the personnel and equipment to handle both large and small orders, and we can fulfill custom case orders in relatively short turnaround times as a result."
Bel-Air Cases is a Division of California Quality Plastics (CQP). CQPs mission is to provide excellence in plastic fabrication through superior customer service and products. They've been meeting their customer's demands for more than 25 years.
