According to Vice President of Sales & Marketing at the Belding Golf Bag Co. Jackie Perrin, "Our new website provides our customers the ability to create their own bags with a couple of clicks and expedites the entire process. We're confident consumers as well as our retail partners are going to love it and for those attending the PGA Merchandise Show, come by the booth for a demonstration."
Belding's new interactive "Design Center" on the website provides the tools and applications to see a custom design virtually come to life! The process is easy -- simply click on one of the dozen silhouettes and the project has begun. Once a golf bag and layout are chosen, the choices are endless. With over 200 unique fabrics and/or leathers to choose from, every golfer can design a bag to fit his or her style. Favorite color and fabric combinations can easily be moved from one bag design (or accessory) to another to find just the right look. The "Designer" can save up to 6 bag designs at a time, which can be emailed to the golf shop, the consumer and of course, to Belding!
"The 'Design Center' animation shows how simple and easy it is to design a bag. Once designed, every Belding bag is proudly manufactured in the USA," adds Perrin.
To garner inspiration and creativity, Belding has also added a virtual "Showroom" to the site. With several hundred photos to peruse (and more to follow), the "Showroom" is a rich library of photos - displaying bag styles, color and fabric combinations, logo opportunities and trim details. The "Showroom" collection both exemplifies and encourages both the professional buyer and the consumer to design unique, personal golf bags and luggage. In the cybernetic "Showroom," it's quick and easy to search for ideas based on style, color, fabric or logo details.
