Big Brothers Big Sisters Announces Two Additions to Board of Directors

Thomas Reyes, Tom Duddy join the one-to-one youth mentoring organization.



    SANTA ANA, CA, December 15, 2016 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and the Inland Empire, the largest local nonprofit providing youth with one-to-one professionally supported mentoring relationships, has announced the addition of Tom Duddy and Thomas Reyes to its board of directors.

"We are thrilled to welcome Tom and Thomas onto our board of directors," says Big Brothers Big Sisters Chief Executive Officer Melissa Beck. "Their leadership, passion and commitment to innovation embody our organization's core values and will be of great assistance as we continue to grow."

Reyes and Duddy bring extensive professional backgrounds to Big Brothers Big Sisters, helping to strengthen the board's fundraising efforts while supporting the organization's leadership team.

• Thomas Reyes: Reyes serves as president of Harbor Distributing, LLC and Gate City Beverage Distributors of Reyes Holdings, LLC. Throughout his 20-year career at Reyes Holdings, LLC, he has held various positions in sales, marketing and operations. He is also a board member of the California Beer and Beverage Distributors. Reyes, a resident of Irvine, earned his bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan and his MBA from the University of Notre Dame.

• Tom Duddy: Duddy is president and chief executive officer of Elmco Duddy and vice president of Morris Group International. A Certified Professional Manufacturer Representative (CPMR), Duddy is passionate about the industry and attributes his success to his own mentors when he first started at Elmco Duddy 26 years ago. Duddy also serves on the board for other local organizations including Anderson Deans, CDM Boosters, Newport Beach Little League and CDM Football. Duddy graduated from the University of California, Riverside and currently lives in Newport Beach.
