/24-7PressRelease/ -- Columbus, Ohio-based retailer Big Lot's is relocating their existing Goldsboro, NC store from Little River Shopping Center on West Grantham Street to Berkeley Plaza, located on Berkeley Blvd. across the street from Lowe's Home Improvement. Big Lot's plans to open their new store prototype this fall in the 30,000 square foot box that was formerly occupied by Goody's Family Clothing.
Berkeley Plaza was developed by Raleigh and New Bern-based UHF Development Group. The center's tenants include Staples, Books a Million, Gold's Gym, Mattress RX, AT&T Wireless, and U.S. Armed Forces Recruiting Office among others. Berkeley Plaza is leased and managed by Raleigh-based Coleman & Associates Commercial & Investment Real Estate Services. Win Coleman, CCIM of Coleman & Associates represented the landlord in the transaction. "We're excited about having a national retailer such as Big Lot's occupy our only vacancy.
