/24-7PressRelease/ -- On Thursday night, November 20, during a gala open house celebration, BizTech Center celebrated its own five year anniversary by honoring its most recent graduates and spotlighting its newest associates.
"This is what BizTech is all about," said Marilyn Collmer, BizTech Manager. "BizTech itself was a start-up just five years ago and we have grown right along with our associates. It is so exciting to be a part of vital business development in Hamilton/Butler County! This is truly a cause for celebration for all of us."
BizTech graduates are young companies that have started out in BizTech Center, taking advantage of the low-cost office space, shared resources, and in-house coaching and training and have grown enough to move out into their own facilities in Hamilton, Butler County and Southwest Ohio. Those being recognized for recent graduation include the following companies, representing 36 employees.
Buckeye Insurance Associates and owner Sherry Hoskins will be moving to offices at 520 Main Street in Hamilton. "The Buckeye Lady" is a professional insurance advisor focused on small business and personal insurance for auto, home, life, health, business and commercial.
Estate and Retirement Planning Services and owner E. Todd Fowler, have expanded and will be locating in a shared storefront office space at 520 Main Street in Hamilton.
"Networking with other BizTech businesses has provided the encouragement and support I need. Being part of the BizTech family reminds me we are all in this together," said graduating associate Todd Fowler.
Spirit Of The Pacific Islands is owned and directed by Francesca Aching Trego. Unique to the Midwest, she shares the beauty of the Tropics through authentic dance performances with her troupe and through the classes she teaches. Spirit of the Pacific Islands has expanded and rented a spacious studio and office at 2275 Pleasant Ave in Lindenwald next to Heaven Sent.
Night Owl Cleaning Services, LLC was established in 2001 by owner Preston Bryant
specializing in commercial carpet cleaning and hard service floor finishing. Preston moved into BizTech in December 2006, grew to 13 employees, and serves Greater Hamilton and Tri- State areas. He expanded to a facility on Main Street in Hamilton.
CMC Technologies, Inc. and owner Charlie Charnegie created mapping technology that allows online access to detailed building and systems plans for law enforcement, emergency access, security and maintenance. CMC expanded to offices in West Chester.
Oban Marketing and Distributing markets and manufactures a line of odor neutralizers and delivery systems for commercial and residential use. Their products are non-toxic and biodegradable. Oban expanded its sales force and remained in Hamilton.

Joe Kennedy, President/CEO, Advanced Fitness Systems, Inc. has developed fitness software, wellness4one, with two options for improving the health and wellness of
personal, corporate and enterprise members. The Personal version provides free training and nutrition tools, while wellness4one Enterprise provides the addition of member administration, reporting, corporate fitness challenges, landing pages and more.
Katherine Myers, Psy.D. and Associates, LLC provides psychology services, testing and counseling. Dr. Katherine Myers is a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in disability and forensic evaluations. Also associated with the practice are Jessica Wagner, MA, and licensed clinical psychologist Andrea Johnson, Psy.D. The group accepts referrals from Butler, Warren, Montgomery, and Hamilton counties.
John A. Kruse, Jr., Attorney at Law, JD, CLU, ChFC , specializes in business and tax law as well as retirement and estate planning for individuals and business owners.
Go Design: Landscape Architectural Services, owned by Danette von Gostomski, provides licensed, creative landscape architectural services through an enjoyable interactive process that moves client vision into reality...on budget, on time, and to specifications.
Michelin Tire Research and Sales opened a sales office at BizTech that will serve as new central sales office for the area. Johnny Hutson will serve as sales manager.
In addition to BizTech graduates and new associates, the celebration will give all of the Hamilton business community an opportunity to shine. The Business After Hours Open House is co-sponsored by The Greater Hamilton Chamber of Commerce. Refreshments will be served by several area caterers and restaurants featuring a variety of treats to sample and will include: All Things Catered; BTW Catering; 3rd.
