A seasoned project management expert and licensed contractor with 25 years of experience, Mr. LaFontaine is highly skilled in the fields of management and finance. He also has extensive knowledge of commercial and hotel renovations as well as flooring, flooring products and installations. Mr. LaFontaine has handled projects for large big box furniture stores, government installations, and educational facilities and is tasked with reviewing estimates, managing new projects, and processing and issuing purchase orders.

Mr. LaFontaine was inspired to pursue a career in construction by his father, who was a contractor. He attributes his success to hard work and the support he receives from his family. A graduate of the University of North Dakota with a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, with majors in Business and Geology, he aspires to work on even larger projects in the future. He is a member of the Washington Chamber of Commerce and BIA.
