-- BLDS, LLC would like to announce the opening of our new Chicago office. The BLDS Chicago office will be led by Dr. Brendan Burke. Along with Dr. Burke, Nicholas Schmidt will be joining the office as a director at BLDS. Dr. Burke and Mr. Schmidt, along with their team, including Elizabeth Stare, have provided litigation support services to a wide variety of clients including law firms, government agencies and corporations throughout the nation and will consult with BLDS clients on issues arising in litigation, including class-action certification, liability in employment-discrimination claims, wage-and-hour claims and economic damages.
