- Designing a Blended Learning strategy (enrollment, tracking, certification, coaching, timing, curriculum packaging / bundling);
- Determining the types of students that should attend (understanding students learning styles);
- Communication strategy; and
- Developing experiential learning activities - understanding the learning cycle.
