The trade depot of 6000 square feet will provide south coast heating and ventilation trade contractors from Brighton to Bournemouth and inland as far as Basingstoke with easy access to a complete range of ductwork and accessories.
The branch has an experienced team. With 23 years experience in the HVAC trade branch manager Dave King is well placed to assist customers in selecting the right components. He is assisted by Rachel Dawkins, for internal sales and administration, with an equally impressive 20 years experience. Area sales manager, Peter Moore, has nine years experience supporting Hargreaves' London operations.
Located near junction 13 of the M3 and close to the M27 junction, the branch stocks ductwork, fans, grilles, dampers and hundreds of other key components. Dave King explained, "We make our customers welcome with a spacious reception, free tea and coffee facilities and a streamlined service to set-up their account. We pick and pack their order quickly so they can get back to their job and earning money." Customers will have the option to set-up an account or can pay by credit card.
Well balanced stock levels, with regular top-up from Hargreaves factory, will ensure that customers should be able to get everything they need in one trip.
