/24-7PressRelease/ -- Since the Head Office appointment of Claudette Bedeau as Corporate HR Manager of BrightHouse, the national retail chain specialising in the sale of home electronic and domestic appliances, household furniture and related products, has strengthened its national Human Resources Team to a new level.
Bedeau reports directly to Simon Bion, Head of HR at BrightHouse Head Office, and is in charge of developing and driving the Employee Relations and Reward strategies for the business, including providing ER specialisation to the field-based HR managers.
A Chartered Member of the CIPD, Bedeau has an MSc in Human Resource Management. Prior to taking up the position at BrightHouse, she was an independent HR Consultant. Previously, Bedeau also held the position of Head of HR at the medical diagnostics business, Unipath (originally part of the Unilever Group and then Inverness Medical Innovations).
