/24-7PressRelease/ -- Building Industry Partner's newly formed entity, United Cabinet Holdings, became effective February 9, 2012. The reformed company will be known as Touchstone Fine Cabinetry and will continue to operate from its Rutherfordton, NC facility.
Touchstone Fine Cabinetry is a Rutherfordton, NC-based manufacturer of semi- and full-custom framed and frameless cabinetry. Under its new United Cabinet Holdings ownership, the company will operate from Geppetto's 200K+ square foot, highly integrated manufacturing facility and initially employ 85 people.
Building Industry Partners (BIP) is a Fort Worth, Texas-based private equity investment firm specializing in the U.S. middle-market building products industry and affiliated with Chambers Interests, the investment office of the Chambers family of Fort Worth, Texas.
