Mr. Gilkes utilizes three decades of military experience to serve as president of C4i Consultants, a training services and software solutions company. With offices in Canada and Saudi Arabia, C4i Consultants provides technical solutions and training services for the military, public safety and energy markets. On a daily basis, Mr. Gilkes oversees daily operations and is noted for his expertise in military and disaster management simulation and training. Earlier in his career, he fulfilled many positions with the Canadian Armed Forces. Mr. Gilkes was also recently elected as Chairman of the Western Canadian Defence Industries Association (WCDIA) and is currently working to improve communications between defence companies and the Federal and Provincial governments in Western Canada.
