The building has undergone an extensive GBP3.6m transformation both externally and internally, which includes a new reception and some of the highest quality office space in Liverpool. The development at St Hugh's is a 48,000 sq ft, six storey building located on Stanley Road in Bootle town centre.

The building has been designed to cater for businesses with between 1 and 500 people, so will accommodate a wide variety of
office space requirements."

office space in Liverpool at any time in the future.
Colin said, "We are committed to investing in Liverpool as a whole, and not just the city centre, so we have no reservations about investing a total of GBP4.25m in Bootle."
