Statewide Gathering to Honor, Pay Respect and Celebrate Western Culture and Heritage

Iron County Commissioner David Miller states "Bryan is an amazing writer, speaker and communicator, We are thrilled to have Bryan as part of our event."

CEDAR CITY, UT, September 11, 2015 /24-7PressRelease/ -- Several Utah Elected Officials have joined forces to organize an event to honor, pay respect, and pledge continued support to preserve Western Culture, Lifestyle, Heritage, Family Values and Freedom.

The "Western Freedom Festival" will be held October 23rd in Cedar City, Utah.

Writer and Speaker Bryan Hyde will be speaking at the Legacy of Freedom Conference that is a part of The Western Freedom Festival. Mr. Hyde will be presenting the topic of "THE POWER OF THE INDIVIDUAL - WHAT CAN I DO?" Bryan Hyde is a communicator of great ideas. A veteran radio personality and writer, Bryan encourages his listeners and readers to think beyond the 3x5 index card of approved opinion in forming their own worldviews. He also serves as a mentor and speaker for Monticello College where he teaches their Introduction to the Great Books courses online.

Bryan is a graduate of College of Southern Idaho and George Wythe University and remains a lifelong learner. He and his wife Becky are the parents of six amazing children.

The Legacy of Freedom Conference will feature a full day of educational learning opportunities with conference tracks including Public Lands, Federal Advantages & Failures, and States Rights. The event also includes educational outreach opportunities for elementary school students through a "Hope of America" essay contest. The event will conclude with a Live Concert by Country Music Star Darryl Worley.

The Western Freedom Festival is intended to celebrate our heritage and culture and bring awareness to the efforts that are negatively impacting those cultures, traditions, and lifestyles. Event organizers believe Western culture and tradition is under assault and that conservative family values, faith, hard work and entrepreneurism is being displaced by negativity toward these values. The event organizers feel that, honest hard working Americans are being put out of business, targeted and discriminated against and entire industries dependent upon natural resources are being destroyed while wealth building jobs continue to be outsourced to foreign nations. The Western Freedom Festival is an attempt to educate the world about the negative impact progressive policies are having on the health, safety and welfare of citizens in the West.

Iron County Commissioner David Miller states "Bryan is an amazing writer, speaker and communicator, We are thrilled to have Bryan as part of our event."

Beaver County Commissioner Mark Whitney Stated "Bryan's perspective is one that every person needs to hear, Bryan's thoughts and ideas are right on target, Bryan is a great addition to our event"

The Western Freedom Festival and Legacy of Freedom Conference was organized my several rural Utah County Commissioners who felt that their Culture, Lifestyle, Heritage, Values and Freedom were under attack. The Western Freedom Festival is an attempt to educate the world about the negative impact progressive policies are having on the health, safety and welfare of citizens in the west.
