/24-7PressRelease/ -- According to the agreement, BSTC Company, Nissan dealer, is the first to introduce GPS Navigation into the local automotive industry. The devices come equipped with cutting edge maps of Jordan from the global house, Navteq. BSTC as part of a massive campaign by Nissan is giving away an iNav Personal GPS Navigation Device with every car sold within the campaign, this goes in line with Nissan Jordan strategy to continuously harness recent technological developments for its customers; this step is the first of its kind in Jordan, creating a milestone in the level of services, and customers' satisfaction.
This agreement was signed by CEO of BSTC, Mr. Imad Bustami and Mr. Mohammad Khalili, General Manager of Telelink, ARCO's distribution arm in Jordan. As part of this agreement two Nissan cars enabled with iNAV GPS Navigation, will be displayed at selected Telelink retail shops. In return, ARCO, the leading provider of GPS Navigation solutions in Jordan, will display iNAV GPS Navigation devices at Nissan showrooms, taking into consideration that interested buyers may test drive Nissan car and enjoy driving in style with the installed GPS Navigation Device. This massive campaign will run until March 31st 2010.
The unprecedented cooperative move on the part of BSTC, makes the Jordanian automotive dealer a pioneer in introducing this technology onto its cars, Mr. Imad Bustami, commented "We are always keen to provide our customers with the latest and state of the art technology. Such an alliance is bound to make our existing customers the first to own GPS Navigation systems as part of their Nissan car purchase, a technological development that will be highly appreciated."
