/24-7PressRelease/ - February 06, 2007 - Bulgarian State Orchestra will be the first performance of the 2006-07 Penn Presents Classical Music and Ballet Series and will feature an all-Beethoven program performed by the Bulgarian State Academic Orchestra, conducted by Krassimira Kostova, and featuring guest violinist Joan Kwuon. The Event is expected to be a sell out, so arts and classical music fans are expected to reserve their tickets in advance.
The performance is on Wednesday, February 21, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the Irvine Auditorium, 3401 Spruce Street. Tickets for the performance are $42, $27 and $19. There are discounts for seniors, students, groups, and Penn alumni, as well as the university faculty/staff discount.
