/24-7PressRelease/ -- Chicago area executive and personal coach Victoria Cook of The Guilt-Free Coach congratulates Fitness Coach Jennie Yundt of CrossFit Fire for winning the Big Goals No Guilt 30 Day Challenge.
The nationwide challenge was open to professional women motivated to positively impact their business by setting and reaching ambitious, measurable, achievable goals. The initial contest ran from November 16 to December 18, 2009, with a plan to kick off 2010 by announcing the winner.
Said Cook regarding the postponed announcement: "So many talented people took the initiative to work beyond the scope of the challenge that it didn't seem right to interrupt their momentum by strictly imposing a contest deadline. We decided to let the individual challenges run their course before announcing the winner."
Cook also noted that - although the purpose of delaying the announcement was to not discourage participants still working toward goals - the winner of the challenge was still selected based on results achieved during the originally stipulated 30 day time frame.
Challenge participants competed for a prize package worth over $500. Participation was free, and included $400 worth of coaching services, including: an introductory teleconference, the proprietary 7 Step Guilt-Free R.E.S.U.L.T.S. system, daily instructional e-mails, a progress tracking tool, motivational videos, and an interactive forum.
Contest winner Yundt set a goal to acquire 20 new members for her McHenry based CrossFit Fire fitness club. She said the daily coaching emails kept her on task and "really helped keep things in perspective." Her challenge results were outstanding, with the final tally standing at 25 new members. Reflecting on the experience, Yundt also feels she gained "a deep understanding of how setting priorities helps maintain focus on the big picture."
