CA Ventures Uses Everywhere Wireless for Luxury Student Housing in Chicago Loop

The building is located among many of Chicago's downtown campuses, including DePaul University, Columbia College and Roosevelt University.

CA Student Living's latest project, ARC at Old Colony, opened in August 2015 and houses several hundred college students from a variety of city schools. The historic property was originally designed by Holabird & Root in 1894. The 17-story office building was converted into 137 residential units by CA and its development partners, keeping its original exterior look, but changes inside were made to meet the needs of its tech-savvy students. Both ARC at Old Colony and Infinite buildings were each named a Chicago landmark.

Everywhere Wireless' Internet solution provides each residential apartment with an Internet package with 50 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload, allowing residents to upgrade their speeds if desired.
