During the Gold Level Award ceremony, while talking about SouthCoast Recovery and their competition, CAADE President Father Frank Kearney indicated that all of the other drug and alcohol treatment that he has investigated recently have been "reported to the California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs (ADP) or they have been audited and all do horrible things like misrepresenting qualifications."
