- Washington, DC, April 17, 2008, Ray Navarro, controller and director of finance for the American Road & Transportation Builders Association, has been recognized by

As the director of finance, Mr. Navarro considers himself an expert in financial accounting. He stays current in his profession by continuing his education and attributes his success to his strong work ethic. Mr. Navarro's greatest professional accomplishment to date has been helping companies to organize their finances.
In addition to being a certified public accountant, Mr. Navarro earned his master of business administration in accounting from La Salle University and his bachelor of arts in accounting from Polytechnic University. In addition, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the National Society of Accountants.
