These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, years of service, and the credentials they have provided in association with their Cambridge Who's Who membership.

Ms. Cole has an impressive background in healthcare. She is responsible for nephrology nursing, overseeing the hemodialysis unit, training nurses to perform dialysis, and assisting nurses in general procedures.

Her faith in God, her caring nature and the support she receives from her family are the keys to Ms. Cole's success. She became involved in her profession because of her desire to help people and make a difference in their lives. The highlight of her career was receiving her certification in nephrology nursing. She received the Great Women of the 21st Century Award and the Woman of the Year Award in 2006 and was honored by the International Who's Who of Professional Management in 1998, in addition to receiving many other professional awards. She stays current with the trends in her profession by reading the Nephrology Nursing Journal.

Ms. Cole earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Columbia Union College in 1994. She is affiliated with the American Biographical Institute Research Board of Advisors, the District of Columbia Nurses Association, the Maryland Nurses Association, the Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated, the American Nephrology Nurses Association, the Council of Nephrology Nurses and Technicians, and the American Kidney Fund.
