Cambridge Who's Who Names Christy L. Warner Professional of the Year in Mail Center Management

Warner, Supervisor for Society Insurance, has been named a Cambridge Who's Who Professional of the Year in Mail Center Management. For the past 22 years, the engaging and charismatic Ms. Warner has remained dedicated to learning and growing in the mail center management field. As a supervisor for a renowned insurance company, she utilizes her expertise in purchasing, imaging, mailing, records retention, business continuous plan improvement, and off-site retention to ensure smooth operations. Her responsibilities include facilitating project management initiatives, scheduling, purchasing for print, retaining off-site areas, and training and coaching employees. In addition to this versatile skill set, Ms. Warner speaks Spanish and has studied sign language for a year and a half.

Ms. Warner became a supervisor just one year after starting her career in the mail room. She was featured in Mail Magazine in 2003, in an article titled "Mailcenter at Its Best." She feels that sheer hard work, determination and a great sense of humor have led to her continued professional success. She holds an associate degree in insurance services and a Bachelor of Arts in business management from Concordia University, as well as a number of professional accreditations, including certification in Business Management, Mail Management, Distribution and Mail Management, and Executive Mail Systems Management. She is also certified as an Associate in Insurance Services and an Associate in Claims. Ever passionate about the advancement of her industry, she is past president of the Wisconsin Chapter of the Mail Systems Management Association and maintains an affiliation with the Postal Customer Council.
