Dr. Moore is an ordained minister, clinical Christian psychologist, professional academic consultant, realtor and advocate. He is the founder and president of Choosing Hope Ministry Corporation, an outreach ministry program working with temperament therapy and counseling. The most gratifying aspect of Dr. Moore's career is the ability to secure freedom and flexibility within his profession. He attributes his success to putting God first in all that he does.

In addition to his experience, Dr. Moore has an impressive educational background. He has a Ph.D. in Psychology from Cornerstone University, and a Ph.D. in Christian education from Colorado Theological Seminary. Dr. Moore earned a master's degree in Christian Ministry from Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary, a bachelor's degree in Christian ministry from Chesapeake Bible College and Seminary, a master of arts in clinical counseling from Cornerstone University, and a master of business administration from Liberty University. He also graduated from the University of Novus Law School, where he received a bachelor of science in law and Juris Doctorate degree in constitutional law. Dr. Moore is currently enrolled in a D. Min. program at Liberty University, the largest Evangelistic University in the nation. In his pursuit of educational excellence, Dr. Moore achieved and sustained a grade point average of 4.0 while attending several universities simultaneously, earning him the prestigious honors of Summa Cum Laude and Cum Laude.
Dr. Moore's spectrum of diverse educational attributes include national board certifications in substance abuse, addiction therapy, crisis intervention, and death and grief counseling. The tools obtained through these certifications endorse his adroitness to serve as a domestic and an international representative for the National Christian Counseling Association.
