    PETERSBURG, VA, December 23, 2008 /Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Capt. Delores Yvonne Randolph, Owner & Founder of Chesterfield Security Training Academy, Inc., has been recognized by Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of law enforcement and security.

Capt. Randolph proudly established Chesterfield Security Training Academy, Inc., 15 years ago. Concurrently, she served in the Petersburg police department for 31 years and retired with the rank of captain earlier this year. Her expertise in law enforcement and her exceptional instructional skills have made Chesterfield Security Training Academy, Inc. a top choice for those interested in completing extensive security training. The company also offers a host of security services.

While with the Petersburg police department, Capt. Randolph was the recipient of a Purple Heart, Meritorious Duty Award, an Expert Firearm Award, 13 Progress Awards, 11 Safe Driving Awards, and a Chief's Special Recognition Award. She even ran for the Petersburg City Council, an experience she remembers fondly. Capt. Randolph is proud of her success in a male-dominated industry and finds the most gratifying aspect of her career to be her ability to touch others' lives. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, with a minor in philosophy, from Saint Leo University and earned a certificate of completion in the Administrative Officers Management Program at North Carolina State University.
