/24-7PressRelease/ - CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA, July 19, 2008 - Drive Africa's car repair workshop opened its doors in 1998 - a year after Drive Africa's original buyback company was founded. The mechanical workshop was established within the realms of Drive Africa to repair and overhaul all of its own fleet of vehicles.

With 10 years worth of motor vehicle repair, engine repairs and mechanical maintenance experience, management of Drive Africa acknowledged the need for a car repair workshop in Cape Town.

2008 saw the official launch of Drive Africa's mechanical and car repair workshop- welcoming the public, local Capetonians and foreign visitors alike, to bring their vehicles in for expert service.

This team of experts believes that in order to extend the life of any vehicle, owners should take responsibility and make sure that their cars get serviced at regular intervals. This will go a long way in keeping it in a perfect condition. With today's economy, where fuel prices are skyrocketing and any major fault on a car can cost owners an arm or a leg - regular mechanical maintenance will ensure that owners do not need to spend ridiculous amounts on expensive repairs.

All major car models are serviced by Drive Africa's auto mechanics and customers can feel secure in the knowledge that Drive Africa will take care of every inch of their beloved vehicle. The workshop will only work on customer approved repairs and customers will be charged accordingly.

Vehicle services and work on cars include all major and minor sections like tyres, steering, suspension, batteries, oil change, gearbox / transmission, cam belt replacement and electrical repairs. All motor vehicle repairs, car servicing and automotive repairs as well as electrical repairs are covered by us.

Drive Africa also offers vehicle owners peace of mind together with affordable general vehicle check-ups and car hire specials. Any car should be checked generally every 6 months or before going on a long road trip.

The car repair workshop is situated in Observatory - easy to find, with a map and directions on Drive Africa's website. To make an appointment for your car repair- visit http://www.driveafrica.co.za today or call (+27) 21 447 1144.
