Carlisle Management Company is a Luxembourg based fund management firm and an active industry participant within the United States secondary market for life insurance.
ELSA is comprised of companies focused on the U.S. Life Settlement industry that strive collectively to protect the interests of investors and educate and inform retail and institutional investors seeking assets that have low correlation with equities and are largely unaffected by volatility in global markets. In addition to joining as members Carlisle will be represented by Jose Garcia, Chief Executive Officer on the Rules of Association Committee and Tim Mol, Chief Operating Officer on the Codes of Practice Committee.
