Ms. Sirou has 23 years of experience in finance, with four years as Managing Director and President of Standard & Poor's France, where she has honed her skills in the areas of communication and interpersonal skills, and the analytical ability to draw information from many different environments. She became involved in her profession after finishing graduate school and applying for a job opening with S&P, and it has been a very nice natural progression ever since.

Ms. Sirou received a degree in corporate finance from the Universite de Paris Dauphine in 1990, and is a graduate of the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris. She is a member of Cercle Turgot, Cercle des Europeens and AmCham France. Outside of her professional career, she enjoys painting, golfing, skiing and her family as well. In five years, Ms. Sirou would like to experience continued growth within her current position, but with the possibility of moving within the group and in any case remaining in an international environment.
