/Cambridge Who's Who/ -- Carole V. Hauskins, President of Pied Piper Publishing, Inc., has been recognized by
Cambridge Who's Who for showing dedication, leadership and excellence in all aspects of labor and employment law.
With over 20 years of professional experience, Ms. Hauskins has specialized in labor and employment law. Ms. Hauskins started her career as an executive and administrator at Seattle City Light utility, where she was responsible for many diverse utility operations, as well as acting as the Chief Labor Negotiator for the utility. During her tenure, she negotiated with several unions, including the electrical workers and the professional and technical engineers.
Ms. Hauskins is now the President of Pied Piper Publishing, where she specializes in books for children. She has written the "Eddy Ant & Friends" children's series, and has conducted classes for national book store chains on publishing and writing books for children.
Ms. Hauskins received her JD from the University of Washington School of Law in 1971, where she was awarded the William Wallace Wilshire Scholarship. She is a member of Pi Beta Phi Sorority Alumni and Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. She has volunteered in hospice and senior services in Seattle and has offered pro bono work in her community.
With a move to Sequim, WA, Ms. Hauskins has transitioned her law focus to Elder Law, Wills, Estate and Probate Law, as well as Special Needs assessments, in order to serve the elderly who require legal assistance in these areas of law. Ms. Hauskins designed her own home and is currently acting as general contractor on its construction. When her home is complete, she plans to start her own law practice in Sequim.
