Ms. Lyding brings three years of professional experience to Pacific Contours Corporation, a manufacturing company that specializes in complex machining and assembly of products for the aerospace industry. As human resources manager, she utilizes her expertise in benefits administration to payroll processing, management of employee benefits, and recruiting and hiring and updating managers on state laws and compliance policies. She became involved in her profession because of her desire to work in employee relations, and credits her success to her hard work and to the support she receives from her parents.

Ms. Lyding received her PHR (Professional in Human Resources) designation in 2008 and graduated from Point Loma Nazarene University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology in 2004.
