Swick has been elected first-vice president of the Board of Governors of California Women Lawyers (CWL). Swick is currently serving a two-year term as a District Four Governor on the Board and is chair of the organization's Technology Committee.

A member of CWL since 2006, Swick will be sworn into her newest position by Bradstreet at the CWL Annual Dinner on September 10, which is the Thursday evening of the State Bar Conference held this year in San Diego, California. The Board of CWL oversees numerous committees and furthers the organization's goal of advancing women in the legal profession.
Swick, an associate, is focused on complex litigation involving insurance coverage matters in federal and state courts nationwide. Her strengths include crafting comprehensive litigation strategy with both experts and clients. Swick is experienced in a wide range of practice areas, including products liability, copyright and trademark infringement, executive compensation, business torts, unfair competition, real estate-related transactions and environmental regulation. She earned her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law.
