As a Plateau Partner, Catavo is working closely with the FAA to develop and implement a Learning Enterprise Architecture (LEA).
The Learning Enterprise Architecture will consolidate multiple training applications as a unified architecture utilizing the Plateau LMS as the core application. This architecture will greatly assist the FAA to track and manage the development of its 50,000 employees. The FAA is currently hiring 1,100 new Air Traffic Controllers per year for the next 10 years. This new infrastructure will provide detailed reporting on the training activities of these new hires as they advance towards certification.
