Formed by Liam Howlett in Essex in 1990, The Prodigy have enjoyed a long career at the forefront of British dance music thanks to the mainstream success of rave anthems such as Voodoo People, Firestarter and Out of Space.
The group's albums regularly feature in best-ever polls, while the high-octane style of frontmen Keith Flint and Maxim Reality has seen them build a reputation as a hugely exciting live act.
Tickets for the show are available from $101.40 (GBP55).
With a seating capacity of 10,500, the Hisense Arena is one of Melbourne's top sporting and entertainment venues.
The building is situated in Melbourne Park and contains a 250-metre cycling track, as well as a fully retractable roof.
