Ms. Chalk previously honed her skills as an acute care nurse and charge nurse, gradually working her way up to her present position. Ms. Chalk became a Registered Nurse in 1987. Additionally, she received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration in 2003 from the University of Phoenix. She aspires to become a senior nurse consultant.
