CDM ELECTRONICS SIGNS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT
WITH ADAM TECH
/24-7PressRelease/ - TURNERSVILLE, NJ, March 01, 2006 - CDM Electronics, Inc., a leading distributor of commercial and military (MIL-SPEC) interconnect products, and provider of value-added contract manufacturing services, today announced the signing of a worldwide distribution agreement with Adam Tech, a premier manufacturer of advanced interconnect products and systems. Under the terms of the agreement, CDM will distribute Adam Tech's extensive range of standard, fully RoHS-compliant connectors, as well as deliver engineering and design support services throughout all phases of custom manufacturing.
Responsible for marketing Adam Tech's over 300 series of off-the-shelf connectors to EOEMs, EMS providers and end users, CDM will proactively focus its efforts on customers and prospects in such markets as military, aerospace, industrial, medical and telecommunications. Included in Adam Tech's vast portfolio are modular telephone jacks, RF connectors, D-subminiature, HD (high density) D-subminiature and ribbon connectors, along with DIN jacks and plugs, headers, receptacles, sockets, and wire-to-wire and board-to-board connectors. Moreover, CDM is charged with assisting companies satisfy their exacting requirements as they pertain to custom wire harnesses and high density, pin-to-pin, and RF flexible and semi-rigid cable assemblies.
