The huge Braised Long Ribs are prepared in a ginger orange sauce and served with homemade mashed potatoes. The one pound Gourmet
Wagyu Beef Burger will be served with sweet potato fries.
Briggs Ranch, a 1,000-acre farm located in Rice, Texas, is well-known for its healthy meat. Beef produced at Briggs comes from cattle fed with 100% vegetarian feed. Chef Point on Wheels trailer will be in the Chef Point Cafe parking lot. Just call in your order, pick it up and serve it at home. If you forget or prefer not to call, just drop by and take care of your order on-site. You don't have to go inside or battle the Father's-Day crowd.
